Founded by two retired chemists, our farm combines a lifelong appreciation for science with a passion for growing fresh, delicious food. What began as a hobby quickly became a mission to share the incredible world of gourmet mushrooms with our community.

We currently grow fresh lion's mane and oyster mushrooms, harvested in small batches for peak freshness and flavor. Because every harvest is limited, we often sell out quickly.
